8/10 Very good

We have stayed here before and return because they have a public bath (but alternate hours for men and women use). They also have a breakfast included that many hotels do not offer. We were able to get connecting rooms to be next to each other with our grandkids which is a plus. The hotel is very near transportation and there are a number and variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are typical Japanese small but having bunks available is good.

10/10 Exceptional

Extremely clean, very helpful staff, delicious free breakfast. Unfortunately didn't get the chance to use the onsen, but all other amenities were fantastic :)

10/10 Exceptional

The breakfast offered by the hotel is very impressive. Both Japanese and western styles are available. Everything is perfectly cooked/toasted. I didn’t feel hungry until late afternoon everyday. It’s truly a budget stay without sacrificing quality.
Dollarama, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

Good location, close to trains. Horrible bedding, very hard bed and cussions, tiny rooms and even tinnier bathroom. Only one lift, so be prepared to wait forever. Breakfast poor choices. Happy hour free drinks service was nice, but not good enough to come back and slepp in these beds...
Annette, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had a room for 3 people. Room was really clean and big enough for all of us. Hotel had a spa in second floor which was a extremely nice surprise. They also had a breakfast which included to the stay. At evenings they had free beverages and alcohol offered at the lounge area. Absolutely would recommend the hotel.
Henri, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location of this hotel is great! The subway is a 3min walk from the hotel front door as well as a 7-11! There is also many restaurants within a 10min or less walk including the best sushi place! The hotel overall just feels small, but you are in Tokyo Japan, so it is to be expected. The room both times I have stayed here had a wet sock smell to it when I first got there. But the hotel overall seemed clean! The breakfast is small, but still plenty of options!
Kimberlie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice breakfast, different hot items every day for four days in a row. Clean. My room is small. Mattresses are thin and pillows hard. Can get a softer one from downstairs if other people have not taken all the softer ones. Didn’t use the public bath because concerned about cleanliness since both men and women use the same bath at alternate times.
Dorothy, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the full bed and the twin bed bunk on top. The room was quite small for three adults, but it wasn’t unexpected. They don’t have a storage area for luggage so they utilize the lobby. Breakfast ends at 0900 which is a bit early. The pillow we had was very hard and lumpy. I never got a chance to utilize the onsen. I wish I had! Overall I would stay there again, but not with three people. Lol
Roy, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very “okay”.

This stay was mixed. I’m no stranger to traveling in Japan, and have stayed in a wide variety of Japanese hotels, but this was the smallest room we’ve ever been booked into. For context, the single bed met three of the four walls, the desk met directly to the side of the bed, and the remaining space didn’t quite have enough room for one suitcase (it wound up being stashed under the desk). The bathroom at least had the standard bidet, which is always nice. The bed itself was also surprisingly comfortable, where mattresses in many Japanese hotels are lacking. You can also choose your own pillow (if you get there fast enough). The hotel itself is well-kept and the onsen is foreigner-friendly. The elevator situation is unfortunate, as it is a single, slow-moving elevator servicing 10+ floors, and the outside stairs are extremely precarious in the rain. Allow 15+ additional minutes to descend if you are in an upper floor. The location is also just far enough from any one train station to be a hassle. The breakfast is odd. Rather than the usual Japanese or English-style breakfast, this place mixes and matches from across the globe. French pastries, Indian-style curry, karaage, pork cutlet, mackerel, broiled cabbage with pork, tofu, etc all make the rotation at least once. Staples like rice, salad and soup are always available too. Overall not a bad stay but also not an amazing one. I’d return in a pinch, but wouldn’t actively seek out this specific location again.

Bra område att bo i om man vill shoppa. Rummet var dock verkligen i minsta laget.
