Pretty good location, but don't think you're sleeping past 8:30am. There must be a bar or the kitchen starts prepping right above the restaurant because the music starts bumping! Pretty spacious and clean. My room was not ready at check in. I booked through Hotels.Com, and check in was at 3, but really it was 4. I was not notified. Came back at 4:30 and it still wasn't ready.

I arrived at this hotel for Check in with reservations and was refused check in because I did not have my physical card on person but had virtual and they would not allow me to use tap pay. I was still charged for the room and have not received and refund even though I did not check in and stay. I had to find another hotel that would allow me to use my tap pay. I have reached out to the hotel and and have not received anything back

Prior to checking in and during the course of my stay, I called the front desk over 15 times and never got a response. The front desk people are nice enough but don’t actually listen when you’re talking. An example is there was a small dead baby cockroach in my bathroom. I asked to move rooms and was told no but they will deep clean my room. I went up and my room was cleaned but the bathroom wasn’t!!! Cockroach was still there. I went to the front desk to report this - I specifically said there was still the cockroach and toilet paper under the toilet from a past guest still there. They removed the cockroach but the not the toilet paper, I don’t think they cleaned the room. I asked three times for someone to fix my tv and connect it to the internet - never happened. Overall out of date appliances, dirty, and subpar service. Someone should really learn to answer the front desk phone or don’t bother having it

Everything was good until I pulled the sheets down and there was a blood stain. The staff and hotel itself was fine. The layout was kind of weird. They had 3 buildings and two of them were restaurants that had rooms above them. You had to walk through the restaurant to get to your room. Great location to everything, restaurants and shopping as well as the beach. They charged you a towel fee of 34$ a day even if you didn’t use the beach towels. I feel that this is a money grab but what can you do but pay it.

The bar area seemed clean and service was great. The front of the hotel is very nice looking for visual. Clean. Greeted with warm welcome. Rooms need a little updating and the elevator was scary. The doors got stuck a couple of times. The pool area was nice and Maybe it’s the season but it needed cleaned up.

The hotel was divided into 3 buildings. So we tugged our luggage into one only to find we had to roll it to another building (with no ramp - only steps). Asked for another set of towels - never got. Also remote was missing - called the desk and never got one delivered. There were 3 of staying and bathroom area was not secluded (shower in middle of room). Not good when trying to get ready for privacy.

They asked if they could put me in an ADA compliant room, which I thought was fine. They said it just had a big bathroom with a roll in shower. I said OK. What they didn't say is that the bathroom was very spartan. A sink with no cabinet or other place to put toiletries... just mounted on the wall. A toilet that was standard, but not even a holder for toilet paper. No towel racks at all. Everything white from top to bottom with no decor. It was like I picture a toilet and sink in a jail cell. I asked to be moved since I had a four-day stay, and they said they would have to ask the manager. I decided to suck it up since I was a solo traveler and I did not want some couple on their honeymoon to get stuck in there. They were nice enough to comp my breakfast buffet. Other that the bathroom, the room was fine. Poor TV options (I had to watch sports in the bar as the big games that weekend were not on their satellite master antenna system). A bit dim in terms of lighting. Only a light in the entry and above the bed. Good AC unit. Pool was quite cold, and not heavily used. BUT, on the positive side, the staff was great and the hotel restaurants were excellent. It was almost like the restaurants were the draw, that the hotel was an inconvenience. I would stay there again, but avoid the ADA rooms unless you need one for accessibility reasons.

The room was very small and out dated. The staff was really good and friendly. Disappointed in the “resort” fee there was nothing to “resort” a very cold pool we didn’t go in. The breakfast was 3 items. And the rooms are in 3 different buildings.

Reservei um apartamento com vista para cidade e mal tinha janela e esta dava pra parte interna do hotel!! 1º- anuncio de hotel com estacionamento! Mas não falam que custa U$ 43 por noite! 2º- onde já se viu um hotel que tem piscina, vc ter que pagar uma taxa pra usá la? 3º- hotel que nao arruma o quarto tds os dia e trocar as toalhas nem pedindo pelo amor de D’us! Fora que qd colocam toalhas já vem sujas!! No minimo queria meu dinheiro devolta do estacionamento e da taxa de hospedagem!!

Please please please trust me when I say DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely awful experience. Mold everywhere. Bugs even in the bed. So musty! Check photos for proof If you use a wheelchair, do not stay here! God help you. The managers suck and don’t care. Hope you’re reading this Diana! The wheelchair ramp was nearly 90°, and not a single employee cared enough to help. The valet stood two feet away and just stared while we struggled. Reception started off friendly, then quickly turned rude and dismissive, except for Barbi, who was the only bright spot and genuinely kind. They left the floors wet and my mom nearly slipped and fell. Workers said “they’re working on it” Somebody get OSHA and the health board here. The carpets smelled like every dog in Miami has peed on them. Our room didn’t even have towels; we had to hunt down housekeeping, and they barely handed us two bath towels, no hand towels, no face towels. Need anymore? The only response is “no towels no towels no towels” what kind of hotel is this? And all of this after waiting 6 hours for a 4:00 PM check-in. Unacceptable.
