Need to deep clean and put air freshener

The main building was really nice but don't know about the rooms. When we arrived at the main entrance it smelled amazing. However the Summit tower we stayed in was lacking the clean smell. The rooms needed a deep clean. It smelled like body odor. The sheets smelled as well. There is no microwave in the room and no coffee pot in the room. I didn't dream that they wouldn't have a coffee pot in the rooms. They have a coffee shop if you want to pay $3 each for a cup of coffee. The air conditioner made the room feel damp even with it on dry setting. The indoor water park and outdoor water park is amazing. Having to walk all the way through the main hotel to get to the outdoor pool was a little crazy to me. When they have gates all the way around. The amenities they have are nice if you want to spend a bunch of money.

Everything was great. We opted to check in a little early and paid the $50 for it. It was worth it. One of our beds was broken and they sent maintenance out within 10 minutes to fix it. The breakfast is fantastic and all of the employees are so kind!

Amazing amazing amazing

This stay was one of the best I have had with children. They think of everything so you don't have to. From the artsy kid to the rambunctious. Check in and out with without a hitch. The water park and pools were everything pictured plus tanning chairs for the teens. The amenities I really couldn't speak highly of. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, although I wish they offered apple juice. But that was no big deal as we brought our cups in to eat with us. Every hour on the hour, they had something fun for the kids to do for free. The coupons they give tou saved us atleast $50. Which is a blessing when you have littles. There were no hidden fees as you may expect at other places. The wristbands were an amazing idea. As they were super easy to keep up with versus a card. The staff were all super helpful and very KIND. The beds were comfortable as were the quilts. There were dreamy soft, not as you would expect. The kids bunkbeds each had their own light with USB and plugs. They made things so simple for us. They offered adult beverages which was amazing when jt came to winding down. I could rave about this hotel forever but it was truly an amazing stay. The only negative thing I do have to say is the 'cardio studio' only had 3 machines and neither of the cardio machines work. (bike or treamill) Most parents and guests probably never step foot in there so I can see why money is spent else where.

Perfect for families with small children

When we booked this hotel, we didn't realize how kid-centered it is. Not a problem even though our kid is now a pre-teen! Check in was quick and easy, we had a room in the main building on the sixth floor. It looks like this was an older hotel with refurbished rooms. Room was clean, mattress and pillows were fine and comfortable. Pools and pool area were pretty clean. We used the indoor hot tub and outdoor pool. Coffee shop had good coffee. We skipped the restaurant breakfast. There were only 2 items I wasn't crazy about- 1. if you stay two nights you will have to re-check in as your wristband will not allow entry in your room two days in a row.
