Adoramos a propriedade. Muito aconchegante, linda decoração, com todas as facilidades para uma estadia tranquila e de qualidade: ventilador de teto moderno, ar-condicionado, cozinha compacta completa, mesa e cadeiras para refeição. Com sistema de segurança moderno de senhas. Se pudessemos fazer uma sugestão, sentimos falta de alguns cabides de parede para pendurar roupas e toalhas pós banho...de resto tudo muito bom. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos.

We had room 217, everything is good until we wanted to turn off the central fan light but could not find the swtich nor the remote (if any) anywhere...and the light was so strong that we had a hard time sleeping.

Pontos positivos - Excelente localização, estacionamento gratuito (a 5 minutos a pé), cozinha. Pontos negativos - Banheiro pequeno. Vedação do box insuficiente, vazava durante o banho. Achei a cama muito mole.

We got to the hotel early for check in so we left out luggage stored and we went out for a walk and to get something to eat when we got back the front desk was already gone so i went to my room expecting my luggage to be in there and no there was nothing in there so we called the number they had at the main lobby and they said someone will be coming to give us our luggage in about 15 to 20 minutes but it actually took them 2 hours to come give them to us we were so tired and wanted to take a shower, my phone was about to die and had no charger and wasn't able to shower without our stuff and couldn't rest until they got here 2 hours later!!! The next day we wake up and go have breakfast and when we got back the door was unlocked and wasn't able to lock it anymore, we could off gotten back and found out someone took everything we had left in our room and stayed with nothing!!!!! It was just a really bad experience we had at this place

It was clean and great location but the ceiling fan lights wouldn’t turn off so we couldn’t run the fan when we slept and it too warm. The cooling system didn’t seem to cool down very well. The tv worked but w le couldn’t watch anything on it.

Overall it was a great stay, communication was difficult as finding the entrance and getting in in an unknown area proved to be a bit difficult. Also the tv in our room was a bit wonky and somehow we locked ourselves out of our room. But overall it was a great stay

N me pareció segura, ya que cualquier entra y sale. la puerta de ingreso esta siempre abierta. éramos 4 hospedados, llegamos después de las 18hs queríamos bañarnos y solo teníamos 2 toallones, los pedí por mail, que era la única comunicación que teníamos, y quedaron en dármelos al día siguiente después de las 10hs que era cuando abría la administración, pero nunca llegaron los toallones. otra cosa si van en auto no lleguen despues de las 18hs, porque van a tenesr que pagar 40 u$s mas por la cochera

I would never stay here again. This is basically a small apartment complex that looks like a small hotel, or a small hotel, that operates as if it was an apartment complex. They don't have standard check in and check out like every other hotel on the planet. You must check in between 10 am and 6 pm or there will be no one to receive you. You have to send your ID over the internet to them in order to finalize your reservation. Their phone representatives are generally rude and incompetent communicators. They claim you will get FREE PARKING (which is why I chose this place), but its generally not true. You only get allegedly get a FREE PARKING pass if you check in betwen 10 am and 6 pm. Otherwise, you're screwed. They then sent me to a parking garage which was about a 5 minute walk, and said it was $8 to park there. But no, it was $4 per hour, which ended up being $36 for an overnight stay. The rooms were old and uncomfortable. The room was musty and smelled like mold. The shower was so narrow that I had to stand sideways just to shower comfortably. There was hardly any space in the restroom or sink area either. The ceiling fan didn't work. And the water heater didn't work (or so I thought), but since there was no one available on site to speak to about it, I just had to take a freezing cold shower (but by the time I was about to get out of the shower, it started to heat up). This was a terrible experience and I'll never stay here again.
