Cozy bed, nice furniture, old bathtub. BUT can hear any voice outside the room very clearly especially water flushing from WC and when main door of the apartment was opened and closed every time. Staff was friendly all u have to do is check in before their required time.

Our stay was lovely! Very comfortable and clean, and the room was very modern and fresh. Great amenities and comfortable bed. The hosts were lovely and the recommendations they gave us for restaurants and bars were all great. Do follow them since they were super each time! The coffee in the room was really good and there was even some snacks free of charge. A pleasant surprise. The shared bathroom was only shared between two rooms, and we almost never saw our neighbors. Since the bathroom is so close to the room it almost felt private. I would definitely recommend staying at CasapiuRooms!

My husband and I stayed at the CasapiuRooms for 3 nights in an ensuite double room. We were originally booked in May, but had to cancel due to Covid. We were given a voucher to rebook our stay. The property is ideally suited 8 mins walk from train and bus station and less than 10 mins from centre of Verona. Where you'll pass loads of busy bars. The property is situated in an excellent secure and quiet location. When we arrived , just before our check-in time we were greeted by our 2 hosts. You could not ask for a more wonderful reception from them both. Whilst we were checking in we were given a map of the city and liads of suggestions of places to eat and drink and how to get to them and the top attractions. They suggested where to eat if you liked pizza, risotto and fish. We went to 3 of their suggestions and the food was wonderful. The room we stayed in was clean and big enough for the 2 of us, with a lovely sunny terrace. We could not ask for more. The property has a little fridge where you can store drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Verona and apart from the city itself, my highlight was the 2 exceptional hosts. You could not ask for more.

We booked the "Double Room, Ensuite" for one night in Verona and we also asked the hosts to reserve a garage for us. The room was very clean and the location of the property is very good, as you are in a 10 minutes walking distance from the city center. The two hosts very friendly and they gave us precious information about Verona and the other Italian cities which we wanted to visit. The price-value proportion of the property is excellent and we definitely recommend you to book a room at CasapiuRooms.

Extraordinary service from Marco and Moreno. They help us from the parking, food, sights and with our tickets to the Arena di Verona. The room was perfect, my wife really liked the bath room soap. The internet was also good. When we were living to Venice they also gave us tips to go there.
