Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever had in 15 years working in London. I had to wait 45 minutes outside the apartment as I wasn't given the access code to obtain the keys.
I was sent a video to watch so I could locate the box holding the keys (I'm not making this up I promise), and was directed to a quiet area about 100m away from the apartment next to the canal (not the safest looking place). I still didn't have the access code and after several phone calls I eventually got the keys 45 minutes after getting to the apartment.
An absolute joke.
To add insult to my experience they took the £400 deposit from my credit card and still haven't credited it back so I now have a credit card bill for £400 and a lot of phone calls to them to sort out.
Avoid this company like the plague - there are numerous better apartments and companies in London you can rent from without this hassle.
