First, the good. The apartment is in a great location. It has all the amenities listed. It is spacious and an easy walk to the city center. Now the bad : we checked in at 3 PM. The apartment was filthy. It took the cleaner two extra hours to clean it so it in fact was not ready until 5 PM. We were two mothers traveling with children a nd we were exhausted. We emailed the apartment management multiple times with no response. Ultimately, instead of offering a partial refund, they offered us a late check out which was of absolutely no use to us. We paid for two hours and which we are unable to use the apartment at the most critical time when our kids needed to sleep. So if you care about location and space this is a good fit. If you care about customer service and regard for guests, I would not recommend this place. It was it was not ready in time Despite the notice that we gave management that we had landed. And when we arrived, I cannot stress enough, how dirty the place was until the cleaner was done. Another thing worth noting is that it took management 3+ hours to respond to emails or text and they still have not responded to the email. I sent saying that we did not want the late check out but would prefer a refund instead.

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Easy access from underground parking, and surrounding grounds well maintained. Convenient location for walking downtown attractions, or nearby bus stops if you don't have a car.

We chose this property on a whim and were very pleased upon arrival. Bus Stop 12 is right out the door which is very convenient for most tours and there is an amazing coffee shop right around the corner! We were able to walk to downtown Reykjavik daily with minimal effort. We had a small issue with luggage storage code on our checkout day but quickly received assistance via email. I would highly recommend this property!

Sif was an outstanding place to stay! The property was spacious and clean and had everything for a family of four. Location was impeccable - walkable to all of the major sites and Reykjavík. The apartment was super quiet! Everything from the moment that we drove into the parking garage to the moment we left. As far as we’re concerned, this is the best family accommodation in Iceland. Thank you so much for providing this lodging option for travelers to your country.

This unit was clean, tidy and stocked with a full kitchen! The beds were comfortable and we had a very enjoyable stay! The only downside, and it's a personal preference, is that we could not lower the temperature of the apartment. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

The apartment is large, enough space for two adult and 3 teenagers it’s in a nice quiet location with the shops in walking distance,it’s one of the nicest apartments that we stayed in on our vacation in Europe, our flight was cancelled due to weather and needed a extra night and the management couldn’t of been any more helpful very quick to respond for any of our needs I would of given a lot more star if I was allowed thanks for a very enjoyable stay
