First, the good. The apartment is in a great location. It has all the amenities listed. It is spacious and an easy walk to the city center.
Now the bad : we checked in at 3 PM. The apartment was filthy. It took the cleaner two extra hours to clean it so it in fact was not ready until 5 PM. We were two mothers traveling with children a nd we were exhausted. We emailed the apartment management multiple times with no response.
Ultimately, instead of offering a partial refund, they offered us a late check out which was of absolutely no use to us. We paid for two hours and which we are unable to use the apartment at the most critical time when our kids needed to sleep.
So if you care about location and space this is a good fit. If you care about customer service and regard for guests, I would not recommend this place. It was it was not ready in time Despite the notice that we gave management that we had landed. And when we arrived, I cannot stress enough, how dirty the place was until the cleaner was done.
Another thing worth noting is that it took management 3+ hours to respond to emails or text and they still have not responded to the email. I sent saying that we did not want the late check out but would prefer a refund instead.
