Hotel muy deteriorado, baño con regadera oxidada, camas no cómodas, no hay servicio de limpieza (o por lo menos en mi habitación no la hubo) y lo peor, el desayuno incluído, de muy mal aspecto y sabor de regular para abajo... This property was just ok, the front desk staff was very friendly, always greeted us as we left for the day and returned. The rooms were just ok, but the TV's did not work, no channels just static or a black screen. There were limited dishes in the kitchen, no pans or silverware/utensils in the drawers, no glasses, just coffee cups, we had to ask for utensils. They offered breakfast and they had a limited menu that was quite tasty, the 1st days breakfast was wonderful, but after that and on most days after, they stated that they were out of fruit and or juices and only offered tea with our meal, we were traveling with 2 small children and they were given the tea??? The ladies in the dining room acted like they didn't want to be there, but the young man that waited on us was very pleasant and hospitable. We had a day where one of our kids was sick and we wanted to take breakfast to them, but they didn't allow us to remove the food from the dining room, so we had to bring him to the dining room, but then watch as other guest took food to their rooms. The pool was old, we found mold in some spots of the steps and on the tiles, the lounge chairs and side tables were also dirty and moldy as well. All this explains why this property was empty, with no guest. Although it was centrally located, I don't think we would book it again.

We are a family of five with three kids, and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We loved how spacious the room was and appreciated the beautiful plant decorations throughout the property. The staff were excellent—friendly, communicative, and always helpful. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every two days, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was somewhat limited. Despite that, our overall experience was fantastic. Initially, we were a bit hesitant to book for an entire week after reading some previous reviews, but we’re so glad we did. The location is also very convenient, close to Tulum, cenotes, and many other tourist attractions. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great for the value. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay that’s still nice, this is your place. The staff was friendly, the property is visibly older, but well kept. My only complaint is that the beds are stiff and uncomfortable, but for the value, it’s expected. They had 2 small private jacuzzis in the pool area that you can reserve, so that was a nice Surprise. Also, a small breakfast is included! Again, really great for the value.

good value, clean and close to xcaret

Massive storm when arrived so hard to get perspective. Charming reception. Bar meals basic and quite expensive and the staff were tired . Gardens and pool.beauriful. I had a basic room for one night, 5m.from.xcaret. bed clean and comfortable, pressure of hot water good.
