After checking into the hotel, we went to the room and noticed it was warm. We turned on the air conditioner and waited about 2 to 3 hours and still noticed that it was warm. Contacted the front desk by sending a message on the app and didn’t hear back so my husband went to the front desk to see if someone can come up and take a look at it. Meanwhile, the body wash was empty only two towels in the bathroom, around the toilet it looked dirty. When the maintenance gentleman came in to look at the AC my impression was that he was not impressionable, was not kind in any way shape or form he said and I quote “ I will go ahead and take a look at this, but I’m not sure there’s much I’m going to be able to do. I then proceeded to let him know that when I chose high medium or low for the fan, it kept going at one speed he replied, and I quote “ yeah that’s because the fan can only go one speed “ never made eye contact never acknowledged that we were uncomfortable. He cleaned the filter but it didn’t make much of a difference the room wasn’t hot hot but it wasn’t cool to the point where we would have been comfortable. The shower in the room was partially broken no pressure from the showerhead and our sink drain was not working, we kept having to take something sharp to lift it up so the water can drain. Parking is terrible. We drove around multiple times to see if any spot was available and there was nothing.
