We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Lavender homestay. Nam greeted us with a warm welcome and explained everything worth knowing about the surroundings. Especially the bike ride was good. She arranged transfer to the airport and communicated fluently in English with current updates about the driver and pickup time etc. The location was great and we give our highest recommendations!

I had a lovely time at Lavender home stay. The location is perfect, close to the lake but a little tucked away from the main strip meaning you have some privacy. The room was spacious and tidy with a big bathroom, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it seemed very clean and other guests were enjoying it. Nam, the owner, was amazing, so kind and friendly, gave great recommendations and was helpful.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! The owner is so sweet and helpful. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was so easy they picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off there. We also rented a scooter from them and it was so cheap. Not the nicest scooter but it worked perfectly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back next time.

This is a great location, quiet on a side street with a garden like setting. You are only a short walk from the center of Tam Coc and all the restaurants and shops. It’s a family run hotel. They include a simple breakfast, which was more than adequate. They have a nice pool too. Only thing that would be a nice addition would be safes/lock boxes in the room.

Super location and very helpful staff. The rooms are nice, big and clean, and the bathroom is very nice. The owners are super helpful and the location is nice and quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the Main Street. It was too cold for the pool, but that also looked amazing. Can highly recommended, great value for money.

This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. There is so many homestays to choose from in this area and I'm so glad we chose to stay at Lavendar Homestay. The location is great as it's just a couple minute walk from the main Tam Coc area. The homestay was very clean and pleasant, they even accommodated our (very) late checkout so we could catch a night bus. Motorbike and bicycle rentals available to explore the area. The hosts were our favorite part of the stay. They are such kind and hospitable people and they made our visit to the Nihn Binh area so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nihn Binh.

My family of 4 stayed 3 nights at Lavender Homestay and it was perfect for our needs. We rented two rooms with a king and a queen in each room. The rooms are decent size and the beds are very comfortable. The location is a 3 minute walk into Tam Coc town center and a very convenient location yet far enough away that it was quiet . We rented scooters there and also had laundry done for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is also included and is simple but delicious! The family that owns the homestay are some of the nicest people we have met and made us feel at home there. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.

This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay.

For the money, the hotel was fine. The room was spacious, the location was lovely, the pool was nice. However, when we checked in within two minutes, we were shown a brochure about booking a trip and we had just arrived from a distance and really we were tired and I felt the room could’ve been read better. If they wanted to sell us a package, we could’ve talked about it later, but not when you first walk in like that. The room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better also. However, as I said for the money, it was good.
