Hi,
When I went to check in, the receptionist commented that they were not taking reservations made online and that they no longer had any rooms available. I explained that I had already been charged, and she told me that she couldn't do anything because I had made the reservation with an external company.
So I need to refound the money since my reservation was canceled by the hotel once Arrive in.
