I'll start off by saying that the stay itself was mid, at best. (As the kids say.)
1) Hotel Shuttle - There is one, but you have to call to get a pickup at the airport. The catch: the front desk doesn't want to pick up the phone. Perhaps they were just too busy to answer the phone for nearly 30 minutes. Maybe I got them on a bad afternoon. Ended up taking a Lyft to the hotel.
2) Front Desk Staff - I hope I just caught them on a bad day, kinda blunt but not rude.
3) Restaurant - Server was a bit blunt, asking what he could help me with as I stood next to the sign saying "Please wait to be seated" like I just walked in from another dimension. Apparently that means just grab a seat at a random table? Food was incredibly good though! That chicken sandwich was perhaps the best one I've had in months.
4) Room - Room was pretty nice! Wasn't expecting the couch and turning TV. Bed was comfortable, slept well on my short layover. Shower just didn't get warm though. Not sure why. If you like scalding hot showers (or just lukewarm showers), you would have been very disappointed.
5) Cleanliness - Room was pretty clean. Some spots in the bathroom could use a bit more attention (tight corners appeared a bit more... dirty?) Not like a vomit inducing way but perhaps a remodeling thing. Normal wear and tear. Carpet could probably use a steaming but still acceptable.
6/10 would actually stay here again because of that chicken sandwich.
