The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The ceilings were nicely painted in the room. But our bathroom wasn't cleaned and had hair all over and the soap was left from the previous tenant in the shower. floor in our room had food from my hoping the last person that stayed in that room. The beds were clean and it was comfortable.

Front desk clerk Albert was very nice. The place is a little run down our bathroom fan squeaked so loud we left it off. The hallway carpet was dirty and a light smell. Didnt know there was no elevator. I have a bad knee to walk upstairs. Thank goodness albert helped.

They have signs saying they are under construction, doing uogrades and they did indeed change the carpets out in the rooms for flooring, and are still working on that. The hallway carpets always had debris and trash and big dirty spots. The beds were uncomfortable. The towels were thread bare and desperately need replacing. 😫 The pool and hot tub area were clean and enjoyable.

The room was outdated and the carpets looked dirty. The bed was super firm and felt like sleeping on a board. Though they did give notice of renovations and had signs posted we were not given notice they would be working on putting in new floors and they were pounding hammers 2 doors down from our room at 6 a.m. This may improve overall appearance but to do this at this time was rude and not appropriate.

Not bad but you get what you pay for

We got a cheap hotel and was not expecting luxury, and that's okay! The condition of the building did seem old but they are doing renovations and we walked by a couple new rooms being worked on and wowza! Going to look a lot better when done. However our room I did notice some parts could be cleaner. There was some coffee drips on the wall by the coffee machine where someone must have spilled, some soap residue left in the shower and that's about it but if I can notice it I feel housekeeping should as well. The bed was okay. The pillows were a little small and it is a spring mattress so it was a little rough sleeping but you get what you pay for. Again, this is not a luxury hotel. We didn't use the pool but it appeared clean and the breakfast in the morning will get you by.

Didnt even stay the night.

My 1st room we were placed in, i had to kill a cockroach. Asked to move to a 2nd room. The 2nd room stunk of cigarettes even after airing the room out, and then fridge was dirty. Didnt stay the night as i was already uneased by the cockroach and i had my child with me so the 2nd room which stunk of cigarettes wasnt "okay" either.
