The situation and setting was truly lovely with the balcony over the river. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.

Room ok for a couple of nights stay. Bathroom could use an upgrade but everything was functional. Good location to access great smoky mountains. Creek view room was nice. Breakfast was basic.

The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful creekside view. Furnishing were slightly worn and out of date. Staff was very nice and helpful.

If you're familiar with Gatlinburg then you know finding somewhere to stay can be tricky. The traffic can be brutal. This was a great pick, a little off the main stretch but not far, very close and walkable, but far enough that you could drive off without getting trapped in the traffic. You could go the back way and get to the bypass without hitting the main road traffic at all. Right on a the creek so it had a nice view and you could see the Ober Gatliberg ride too. Room was clean and comfortable.

The Lodge staff was amazing and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We had a fireplace but it wasn't used. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is really nice! It has a great river view. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast is a plus. They serve Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, bagels, cereal, fruit, pastries, etc.and the fireplace was wonderful 😀

Nice hotel along the river and close to everything. Could walk to everything downtown. Only used the truck when we went to the National Park. Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean. Will stay again.
