This hotel is pretty nice. The lobby and outside is great, so it makes for a nice first impression. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They helped us print some things off we needed and were always right there. The rooms are big, but there were a few things that seemed out of date. The tv is huge but there is only cable. I’m sure it’s not just this hotel, but I wish there were smart TVs. I was excited about the breakfast but it just wasn’t what I expected. I’d still stay again. It was inexpensive and super close to the airport, and they have shuttles to the cruise ships.

Could not get a shuttle from the airport. Phone was not answered and had to uber to the hotel. Very frustrating at midnight.

The first day all the electrical outlets were not working and the second night the room flooded from the air conditioner they didn’t have another room for us and maintenance guy didn’t come until the next day to get up the water. So the entire stay was a mess.

Decent not Great

The check in was digital and that was soooo great especially since we arrived late. We were able to just go to our room. The shuttle instructions were great because it made the process very easy. The hotel was small and the room was very dusty which affected our allergies. We had a leaking iron which we called about and got replaced but we didn’t know about the water leak under the sink until my daughter’s clothes were soaked. That presented a challenge. The beds were ok but not great and breakfast was not great and they were running out of a lot of items.

Great Stay

Everything was great definitely would recommend. Just wish the bathroom was more accommodating with getting in and out. The door open inward, which you couldn’t fit past the toilet and the door to get to the tub without scooting behind it, closing the door and then having your room. Kind of weird.

Standard nothing special stay. I did have a huge irritation with the lower than low toilet. I don’t know who thought those were a good idea. The other was the shower to door to toilet ratio. Who designed this. 0/10.

Great place close to airport. Excellent breakfast. Lots of common areas. Rooms are large and comfortable and they have 24 hour coffee available. Shuttle to and from the airport was awesome courteous drivers.

We arrived quite late after a long trip. As instructed, we rang the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. After a short wait, the shuttle arrived. When we got to the hotel the check in was quick, professional and friendly.

Flying to Orlando

Enjoyed an overnight stay . The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She was also very conscious of our privacy. The airport shuttle was easy to find. The hotel was very clean, close to the airport, had a nice breakfast buffet. I would recommend!
