I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful. I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance. Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late. The customer service is 10 out of 10. The decoration of the whole hotel is new Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok. I'll come back for sure.

The room was small but it was just for one night so that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel is having roof works done, this is only supposed to be done 10am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday but we were woken up at 8am Saturday by workmen outside our window & housekeeping started vacuuming outside the room & banging doors at 8:30am so what was supposed to have been a peaceful relaxing morning definitely wasn’t. If we had known this would’ve happened we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

An affordable hotel in a nice area. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and also close to the subway, which also goes directly to Heathrow. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast good and the room clean.

L'entière façade de l'hotel est en travaux est donc cachée par des echaffaudages, chambre compacte (plus petit qu'une cabine de bateau) mais propre, le niveau de confort n'est pas excellent, une seule prise electrique, une seule table de chevet, attention avant de choisir son coté dans le lit (140), un des deux ne pourra rien poser. Pas d'endroit pour poser ses valises, ni de placard pour ranger ses vetements, une seule serviette par personne et pour 3 jours, pas de menage /lit, pas d'intimité dans les toilettes/salle de bain (vitre en verre pour porte) - a 10 minutes de la station de metro et rue commerçante a 3 minutes - 574 euro pour 3 nuits - avous de juger.

Booked and paid for a cosy double with a window, only to find out when getting to the room not when checking in, we had no window. Member of staff informed is it’s because another guest wanted to extend their stay, so we down graded you to a room with a skylight ( it’s above the bed and was waiting rather heavy, couldn’t be opened, A skylight does not substitute a window) offered a complimentary breakfast. The management staff at this location did a great job. Nothing is perfect but when issues arise and the management takes care of those issues, that is what is impressive. Shout out to Anna (manager) and Chaglot for doing a great job. They should be given a raise.

Lovely at check in, I was 5/10 mins early before the check in time and was able to get sorted. Good size room, bed was very comfy and was happily surprised there was a little hair dryer (after getting completely soaked on the way from the tube station). Would definitely stay again when it's a good bargain.

Very nice place to stay, especially if if somewhere to sleep, wash and change, nice and clean but the room a little on the small side, not a lot of room to move around, would be very easy to knock off the tele whilst trying to manoeuvre around the bottom of the bed. Even with double bed, very, very small room (and I've stayed in many hotels in Earls Court). I cannot imagine how 2 adults could fit in this room. Pros: clean, modern, comfortable bed, quiet room; room safe. Cons: no closets (that is not a luxury amenity) only wall hooks and hangars; no luggage rack so you have to live out of your suitcase on the floor; poor hot water pressure at bathroom sink; GBP 15 charge for early check-in; if only need them to store luggage until check-in, it's GBP 3 per bag (never encountered this in any other hotel); no ice machine (you need to ask for a cup of ice at the downstairs food service area); housekeeping done only after every 3 nights. I don't recall seeing any of these negatives disclosed on the hotel listing and would not stay in this hotel again or any Point A hotel.
