This Comfort Inn has been my "go-to" hotel for stays the night before my return to Hawaii. It's clean, comfortable, has an attached bar/restaurant, and (most importantly) offers shuttle service to/from MSP airport.

Staff was good, the overall property is just kind of, shall we say, well used. 2nd floor had a bit of a funky smell in the hallway. Just showing it's age.

After reading the reviews for the hotel I was disappointed. Walking in the entryway was not clean. Then there was an immediate smell. Check in was okay . The hallways were not clean the elevator was dirty and missing the down button so we could bring are stuff up once we tried to come down the down button was missing . The shower curtain had holes in it. The beds had clean linen on it. The hotel could use an update there was times when you could smell smoke in the hallway. Which didn't help with my child with asthma . The staff was pleasant.The paint was peeling off in the rooms whole in the wall window had like food stains on it . Overall if I could have cancelled and got a refund I would have found another hotel I would have but it was last minute and already paid for . I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family.

There was no house cleaning which I didn't like but didn't want to make to much iof it. I basically cleaned my room on my own. Hotel can us a little upgrading especially for the amenities near by.

This hotel did not look like the pictures. Definitely needs updated and i don't understand why there is a coffee pot and the ice bucket stored on the bathroom counter...yucky.

Friendly welcome, clean bath, and very comfortable bed in. Quiet room for a good night’s sleep. But be careful to arrive early if you sign up for the morning shuttle to the airport. This morning a pilot came to the front desk at 5:55 for his 6:00 shuttle and was told the shuttle had been filled and left without him. The desk clerk was barely apologetic. So the pilot called an Uber. Left a very bad impression.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this stay left me little choice in warning others. I travel for work and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at within the Choice hotel chain. I rented 2 rooms and booked here for the indoor pool as we were in the area to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with some of her friends. Both rooms were equally in terrible condition. Paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Horribly stained lampshades. Dirty air vents. Filthy walls, doors, door jams, light fixtures. Broken light switch in our room. The full length body mirrors weren’t even hung straight. The air in the rooms was musty. The halls wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Carpets are stained. There was a mystery substance on the wall next to the headboard of my bed that was damp in nature. I would’ve left and gone elsewhere had I not already paid in full and had a non-refundable stay for nearly $400. There is clearly no pride taken in the upkeep of this hotel and I would’ve expected this type of grime in a much cheaper place. Long story short - just don’t. There are plenty of better options nearby. Spend a few extra dollars and skip this place. Trust me—you’ll thank yourself later.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. From the front desk not adding me to the shuttle list when I checked in and requested one for the airport. Rude employees. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied and the employee would not give me his name. He then swore at me. His picture is attached below
