The place was okay but run down. The lobby was noticeably muggy and hot. The restaurant was odd with weird lighting. The windows looking out from the room were so dirty you could barely see out.
Sadly the worst part of this hotel was that in order to walk from the train station you had to risk you life walking under the highway with a bunch of rough looking homeless folks passed out or even worse, awake and making you feel unsafe

Clerk was excellent. Arrived late and borrowed hotel wheelchair for my husband, in the AM, EMS came to transport him. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was poor—just a gesture in quality and selection.

I never stayed in the hotel. My room had been sold off to someone else. I was placed in a lower star hotel without my permission. Such a dodgy hotel. Would never recommend booking here. Will be filing a complaint

It was april 12 Saturday night. I had a gift certificate for hotels.com. So I used it and payed 67 on debit. We get there I get asked for a credit card for deposit. I hand him my Chime credit card not my Chime debit card. He says he does not except Chime cards. I said ok then refund my money. He said if hotels.com tells him to he will. So I look on the said is all it say is need credit card for deposit. It does not say no chime credit cards. I cant find a way to recover my $167 I even bought insurance. Very unsatisfied.

Nice people working there. Shuttles not 24/7. My room had no heat. The place is old and used, needs a refurbish bad.

My only complaint was when I placed a room service order, I asked for a kids cheese burger and a side salad. The gentleman on the phone repeated back as a regular cheeseburger. I corrected him. My total should’ve been approx $12. When my order was brought to me, my total was $27. And the gentleman was quite abrupt when he asked for the payment. I assumed it could be charged to my room. He just said no, pay here.
I should’ve have questioned the total then, but I was just tired and didnt want to be bothered with possibly sending the food back and having him return again. I also think that it should state somewhere or told to you when placing an order, that payment is expected upon delivery.

Great location; very good service; but the noise from the room above our room wouldn't let us sleep. Also, fresh toilet paper was not installed, fresh facial tissue box was not installed, and no backups were present in the room. Somehow, there was a lot of static in the room.

Nice stay and easy check in and check out. Clean room very spacious. King Room with balcony was nice. Breakfast was ok. A bit expensive for what it was. Enjoyed the underground parking.

Location does not feel the safest.
Was so loud! People walking around upstairs, talking in halls, group out front laughing yellingbetc at 2am sounded like was right b outside our door, we were on 2nd floor. Finally at 230 we got up and left, no sleep!!

Once we arrived to check in they would not accept the same credit card I made the reservation with. Seems the have some problem with online banking. So they refused my reservation even though I had already paid for the room. So now it's a big hassle to get the money credited back to my account. I didn't cancel the reservation the hotel cancelled my reservation. Expedia should let customer know that the hotel won't accept the same credit card that was used to pay for the room.
