My girl actually stayed here as I arrived 12 hours later. She said they took good care of her. The place was very much off of the beaten path. I noted a more Italian VIBE. There were restaurants about, they open and close on Italian time. There was parking, not the easiest to use. People were polite to me no issues.

Muitos pontos são positivos, como a gentileza dos atendentes, tanto no whatsapp como pessoalmente na recepção. Porém, apesar de compreender que a minha chegada foi fora de hora (após a meia-noite) e que não teria recepção física aberta, eu nunca imaginaria que o elevador estaria desligado. Então isso foi desastroso, porque cheguei com 4 malas de 23 kg + 02 de 10 kg, meu marido tem problema sério e não pode carregar peso e eu com 68 anos e problema nos 2 ombros tive que subir toda essa bagagem pela escada. Foi muito difícil! E escolhi esse hotel pela segunda vez.

Enjoyed my stay at Isa Residence a lot. Andrea, Francesca, Sebastiano they were all so polite, friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all of them. Would not stay here again.

The facility was in a neighborhood with nothing to do around it. It was very old and looked and felt like a military barracks. The bed was miserable and the pillows were even worse. We arrived to early to check in but was able to leave our luggage there. They put it in the dining area in a corner. They said they would place it in our room when it was ready. Since they were going to do that we took a taxi into Rome. When we arrived back at the hotel at 10pm our luggage was still in the dining room and it was not in an area that was even being watched. You have to check in by 11:00 or you are locked out of the hotel. The balcony was larger than the room but there were no chairs to sit on. The AC didn’t work. Oh, neither did the fridge. The shower leaked and the front desk staff were rude!

Huone oli siisti ja meidät otettiin hyvin vastaan. Aamupala ajoi asiansa ja hotellin sijainti 10 minuutin päässä Rooman Fiumicino-lentokentästä oli erittäin toimiva! Ainoat miinuspisteet ropisevat todella huonosta äänieristyksestä eri huoneistojen välillä sekä hieman liian kovasta parisängystä.

Perto do aeroporto, hotel mediano, sem muito conforto. O elevador não estava funcionando e o café da manhã foi bem simples. A cama era confortável. Banheiro antigo, box apertado e ducha mediana.

Short trip to sirport

Nice and clean but be prepared for loud planes day and night. Seemed costly for the 10 min airport shuttle. Breakfast was wonderful and lots of great coffee

We were charged "Resort Fee - $10" .. however , its not a resort, just low-end hotel. There is a small kitchen in the room, but you have to pay for the "KitchenBOX" with kettle, cups, spoons.,knife, etc...Very few power outlets in the room. microwave was sitting on the kitchen countertop, but there were not outlet to plug it in... When we arrived late night, elevator was not working and we have to use stairs to carry suitecases to the room on the 3rd floor. There were no information in the room about wifi. Hotel transfer to the airport was 25 euro
