Everyone was extremely nice. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Free breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located. The ability to be right by Arthur M Blank children’s hospital was a huge plus for our family.

The trip to the hotel was a nightmare. I never experienced such horrible roads. Once we arrived we were approached by a vagrant. Other vagrants wandered about. The drive was such a nightmare that we ate at McDonald's next door so that we didn't need to drive. Went to bed early so that we could leave at 4 a.m. to avoid the nightmare traffic. Atlanta...I'm not a fan.

Stay was So-So. The outside of the hotel is in desperate need of branding. No sign on the outside building. It's covered with blue tarp. The parking lot was a bit rough looking. This is unfortunate because the inside lobby and lay out is really modern and well done. Outside just needs some massive love. My stay is marked so so for the following reasons. -Key card would not open initial room. I had to make 2 trips down from the 9th floor because the keys would not work. On my third trip down, they assigned me a new room. Key would unlock door but opening it took several tries. -I stayed in this hotel 2X going and coming back on business. On 2nd trip, my key worked but my room had a strong marijuna smell with the window in room open. I was on the 9th floor...lol. They reassigned me to a new room and again had door issues. -There is a $50/day service hold on your card. This is standard for most places. However you are only refunded $45 back. They keep $5 for a facility and b'fast fee. This is no where advertised. If I had to choose again, I probably would spend a little more and stay in a chain hotel. Lesson learned.

Walking in I was really impressed the lobby looked nice the staff was very friendly. I checked in and got to my room and once I walked in I was blasted by a wave of hot air. First thing I do is walk over to the ac control panel to see if it’s in. It is locked set to 68 but it stayed 78-80 degrees the entire stay I had to use a fan I brought from home to stay cool. There was some pretty poor repair jobs on some of the roof/wall Sheetrock which is only cosmetic but still stood out. I also did see a cockroach in the room but only the one. Overall I feel like this place has a lot of potential it just needs some work.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a good area. No complaints, but I will say it is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Because of the ranking I expected it to be a little more upgraded, so that was a bit disappointing. Come in expecting 3-star and you’ll be pleasantly pleased.
