The room was what you would expect for the price, nothing fancy but comfortable and felt clean. The guy at check in didn't say any thing and I mean hi hello bye sign nothing. I had to ask things like " do i sign this and where do I sign it when he put paper on the counter. When i got my key I had to ask if he needed anything else or was i ok to leave? Things like that...Really felt like I was invading his nap time. He was the same to the family checking in before me also. The area he was in behind glass was also dark, it was hard to see his face

The area is nice and quiet but there are transients walking around at all hours. The hotel itself is safe however. No noise from nearby freeway which is great. The rooms need updating but are adequate for a night or 2. Also, the AC/heater doesn't have a number display, just Fan/Low/High, which makes it difficult to regulate the temperature. Other than that, good for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Room condition was good aside from the slow flowing sink and slow faucets. What I couldn't hack or understand was the non existent "breakfast". Why make a pretense of offering and advertising a hotel that includes breakfast when all you put out is a couple of slices of dry white bread & a waffle maker??

Staff was very friendly and kind. Our room was tired. Things were broken doors were scratched, but it was clean. The heated pool was nice but we really wanted to use the hot tub and I asked if it was working and they said yes, but when we got to the area, it was not working and it was cold. The most disappointing thing about this day was breakfast. They really were no choices. It was very disappointing. There was either cereal or waffles. There were no oranges fresh fruit, or other things that make breakfast at a hotel worthwhile. We left and got breakfast elsewhere. This was very, very disappointing based on the condition of the room and the breakfast. We will never stay here again.

Staff was not welcoming. Was told to sign here, and then the key was just left on counter, asked if that was my room key, they indicated thats it. Very strange comparing to other places I have stayed.

The hotel and room were relatively clean. This is an older property, it could use a little fixing up. This is not necessarily a fault of the hotel, but I was a bit sketched out by all the shady people w/ backpacks riding bicycles through the property and digging through the dumpster out back. I ended up emptying my entire vehicle of my work tools and stuff into my hotel room just to be sure there would be nothing of interest in my work vehicle - I don't normally empty out my vehicle quite to this extent at other properties. The breakfast was not on par with other similar hotels I've stayed at - only offered waffles and cereal. With all that said, it met its intended purpose - gave me the shut eye I needed so I could continue on with my travels in the morning.

I think the laundry service is good and they do their best with cleaning the rooms but there is still a lot of trash blowing around in the parking lot. The entry doors are dirty with fingerprints too. The biggest problem is cracking interior walls with torn off base boards. There was a sewage leak under the bedroom carpet so I had to move to another room. It's one of the cheapest hotels in Albuquerque so a lot of noisy and cursing people tend to stay there. I don't care to go back there again.

From the jump the young man at the front desk was horrible the room was half clean the house keeper tried her best our toilet worked off and on and when we came back we had a flood, the young man didn't try to be helpful, maintenance tried to make it right ,but we just left and no offer of anything money /new room nothing, never again renting a room there

Although the room was alright the area around the hotel was pretty scuzzy. In the morning the “ breakfast “ consisted of nothing but carbs. There wasn’t even coffee, utensils, or sugar. Trying to find someone to help restock was difficult at best.
