My partner was recovering from eye surgery and this was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay near the surgery center. Plenty of places to sit or lie down and it was nice having a kitchen. Staff was welcoming and helpful. He got done earlier than expected and when I called to ask if we could check in early, the person on desk staff said yes. She was very kind and helpful. A really good experience. We will be back.

We loved having the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite. The mattresses and bedding were so nice and cozy. The couch in the living room was terrible! I realize its a pull-out bed as well, but the "cushions" were very thin and more like a play-mat than a sofa cushion- they were a fake leather type material and they were dingy and needed wiped down. I also did not realize we would be on the 2nd floor with stairs to climb- I have a troublesome foot and hip, so that was not great. Overall, it was a positive experience and the front desk staff was wonderful.

I asked the night auditor to leave clear communication for the daytime front office staff and housekeeping that I needed to sleep late undisturbed and the assistant GM called me at 8 AM to ask me what I meant by please don't disturb me. Then the head GM came to work and added nothing except a halfhearted apology. No partial comp or real gesture. If you want to feel like you're under siege from a staff that couldn't care less if you get any peace or rest this is the place for you.

We went with the two-bedroom suite, and it was great to have a space to stretch out in. There were quite a few options for breakfast, which was a switch from our last stay at a Sonesta (not this location, but in Florida). The biggest drawback for us was the noise. We were in a bottom suite and you could hear every single step above us. We spent a little more time in the room because my husband was sick for part of the trip and the running above us never stopped. I'm sure it was a family with kids but it went on well past 11 p.m., where we had to call the front to see if they could reinforce the quiet time policy. If you stay here, ask for a second-level room if you want any type of rest.

Bathrooms are tiny in the 2 bedroom rooms, and carpets are filthy, water pressure in shower is almost unusable unless tiu use mostly cold water, cobwebs and spider webs all over and what look like bug blood all over the curtains I was in room 912 so heads up if its the summer time because its right by the pool and the four ac units so it has the possibility to be loud since its winter that didnt affect me, but the dog in the room next to me made the stay uncomfortable. 1 more thing to note is that this location puts a $250 hold on your card i dont think ive ever had more than a $100 as a hold, i ended up leaving and going to the Hyatt place next door for a more comfortable clean quiet place to stay
