The stay was fine. We were in town for a concert at the Hard Rock, which was a short drive. The room was recently updated, but the bathroom needed some work. It was tight, especially since we had our dog - and there isn't much to do around that area with him (we drove to a dog park one day). It was fine for a short stay, but I would go somewhere else for a longer vacation.

Great all the way around
We arrived early from the cruise port and they gladly stored our luggage until a room was ready. We were allowed to check in a few hours early and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The following morning had a quick shuttle ride to the airport that was complimentary. Highly recommend this property.

Horrible experience at Hampton Inn
We booked the hotel because of a flight disruption and to do work from the suite. When we arrived, the front desk person was very friendly and professional, but did inform us that there was a power outage and the system was down, so she could not make us a key. She walked us to our suite and opened the door to let us in. She told us that while the system was down, she would let us back into the room if needed. The suite itself was very dark and smelled of cigarette smoke. The floors were slippery with our shoes on. But the deal breaker was that there was no internet service to use for work. The cellular signal was so weak, that we could not use your cellular hotspots. We actually had to leave the property so that we could open the Hotels.com app to call for assistance in checking out and getting a refund. We were able to book a suite at the Fairfield Inn and Suites (which was fantastic) and customer service contacted the property to try to arrange a refund (even though it was a non-refundable reservation due to being a same day reservation). We checked out (turned our key cards back into the desk attendant as soon as we arrived back to the property, (roughly an hour and a half after checking in. We received a $30.00 refund on a $190.00 one night reservation. This was by far, the worst Hampton Inn & Suites we have ever stayed at. We do not recommend staying at this facility under any circumstances.

Quarto grande, 2 camas de casal, e 1 sofá cama não muito confortável! O ruim é carpete no quarto!
O café da manhã é muito bom! Tem bastante variedades de pães, bolos, waffle, torradeiras, ovo, cereal, ponto alto da hospedagem!

Very dissatisfied customers
Front staff need lessons in customer service-we were coming in from a cruise and wanted to guarantee early checkin while we waited for later flight-we booked night before to guarantee -the lady at front kept saying she couldn’t put us in an occupied room-we kept explaining that room was ours from last night with early morning checkin-took forever to convince her-could have been nicer-Rooms were outdated-old furniture that we were afraid to sit on-elevator shakes when starting-We haves stayed at several Hampton Inns-they are generally nice-This one was not

Awful!!!
Room was not clean had old food and drinks in fridge. Check in took forever and I found it it was to double charge me. They still won’t recognize my hotels.com reservation and are making me go through my credit card to dispute the double charge.
The shuttle did not show up during advertised hours despite saying 30 minutes. They stopped answering the shuttle phone causing us to get a taxi. Worst hotel experience in a long time.

Great location for cruisers, park your car and walk to several restaurants and then park and shuttle to the port.

floors were filthy dirty upon walking into lobby. They put our room next to elevator and people were out side fighting all night!!! Really ridiculous!! Been staying at Hampton Inns for years, will rethink where I book next time. Our room was disgusting, used my own cleaning wipes to clean up and room smelled like wet dogs!! You need to have someone go here to see what the hell is going on!
