There was no WiFi connection, made us change room, and noted there was service in the other room, negative. No wifi connection.

I have stayed at Royal Regency before. We were very surprised with the our stay we had to ask to move to another room because the refrigerator was not working. When we moved to the next room the floor was very dirty and sticky and there was someone else’s hair on the bed. Was not comfortable or happy with our stay.

At first, the bathroom was a little uncomfortable because anyone could fall. There were also not enough towels. The bed is too hard and the sheets kept coming off the mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and very small. There was loud music playing until almost 1am which kept us awake, the hotel staff should have warned us. We will definitely not return to this particular hotel.

Horrible Service
This was my 3rd and last stay at this hotel. Service has fell below average. Morning #1. My daughter and I went to get breakfast. We got off the elevator walked right in front of the front desk staff neither of them greeted us. We made plates walked pass them to go to our room. The male associate cleared his throat and said “ah good morning you can’t take the plates upstairs”. Funny how we weren’t visible 5 minutes ago . Without blinking I said ok and we went and sat down at the table closest to the door to eat there. As we did the dining attendant came rushing over to us and said i didn’t see you leave with those plates you’re not supposed to take those plates out of this room . Now I’m annoyed. I just looked at her without saying a word. She continued talking and went out the room to the front desk and began talking about me to them. I could hear her because I was sitting right by the door. I went out there and addressed her. I said why are you going on and on about this. She walked away. I said it’s not a big deal. She said “ yeah to you it’s not “. I looked at my daughter who was visibly uncomfortable. Which made me upset so I sat down ate breakfast and afterwards I asked the dining attendant her name she said Mercedes. We exited the dining area to go back to our room and the same male staff very obviously looking at what was in our hands. I wanted to say it’s juice relax. However I decided I’m done with the situation and the hotel. Unfortunately we were there 2 nights.
