They casually threw away my food worth 100 dollars when I called the front desk, and made no apologies for it. They kept making excuses, and the door of the room could not be opened, which led me to be locked out at 10 o'clock at night, and there were cockroaches in the room.

The conditions of the room is our experience. We did not like it. The bed wasn't comfortable, towels needed to be replaced. The pillow too. I will suggest to have phone lines confront building 6 to help if we forget the swipe card in the room. It will save the time to go to the service just for something you can solved calling the room.

Rooms are nice for an older hotel. Walls are very thin, you can hear the people next to you talk. We had no running water for about 2 hours and were told we could use the locker room bathrooms to take shower that were disgusting. Finally said we could change rooms and ended up in smaller rooms. I would not recommend this place nor will we ever stay here again.

Needs many updates.

Room is outdated and smelly , blanket sheets look old and stained, pillows are very uncomfortable. AC is loud and smell like mold. Towels looked very old and rough also and one of them had Long black hair on them. Water park is very nice for the kids (it was the reason we chose this hotel) , they open at 11 am. I think it should be open earlier. Many lounge chairs had broken mesh. Breakfast was ok and convenient. Location is good , close to main attractions, parks and highways.

Water fun for the kids but disappointing hotel

While the water amenities were great for our little one, I'm not sure it was worth it overall. The first room they gave us had a stranger sleeping in it! No attempt to even make that right beyond assigning is a different room. That room then had a broken bed. Another frustration was the lack of towels at the water park area - we waited over 1.5 hours and they didn't replenish them. The little guy had fun, which was the main thing, but as i said not sure it was worth a trip back again.

Great place for a vacation with kids. 2 pools, hot tub with waterfall, water park playground, and a pool for the younger children with water play features and 4 smaller slides, and amazing huge water slides to top it off. On site restaurants, arcade, Friday night glow parties, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops including the world's largest McDonald's, Chucky Cheese, Pizza Hut, etc. The Disney shuttle stops just outside the gate picking up daily at 9:45, dropping off at 5:45. Overall the food from the onsite restaurants is pretty good, with the exception of the breakfast buffet. I would suggest hiring a Southerner to cook the biscuits, bacon, sausage, gravy, and eggs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but clearly not familiar with Southern breakfast fare.

Nightmare stay..

They messed up my reservation took them an hour to find them in there computer 2nd day was locked out of room n they where telling me i was a no show. After battling for an hour they found me in there computer system n rekeyed my room key got a complimentary drink voucher for 2 yet we where four adults stay there . Water park closed every day early i understand it closed bcuz of weather but not closing bcuz they where doing some event last day kid water park closed bcuz of some issue long run it was a nightmare vacation n expensive to stay there n not be able to use the entire waterpark..

AC nightmares

AC went out, which isn’t a bad thing but they kept unplugging it and plugging it and say that would fix. It would last for a little and then hot air would blow out again. The customer service during this was terrible, they didn’t offer to switch rooms. Then the inconsiderate manager decides wake-up calls at 7am is appropriate after the issues took place through 1am. They service in the breakfast is excellent, but majority of items like hasbrowns and sausages were over cooked. Bar staff again very nice, but the prices were not worth the value. I would not recommend.

We checked in 2 in the morning because of delayed flight. Entered the room and was hit with a most terrible smell, could not stay in the room at all. The front desk was very apologetic and moved us to another room. The room didn't smell but definitely needed an upgrade. Towels and rags were dingy and stained.

Family trip to Orlando

I came to Orlando with my three kids (13, 9, 7) for the first time. The kids really enjoyed the water park, and the arcade. It was a nice break from the Disney Parks. We will be coming back to Orlando and we will be staying here.
