The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The staff was very friendly and nice. I have to add that my next door neighbors were very noisy and loud; probably due to the many kids they had. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

I grew up just 3 blocks from this hotel but never set foot inside. Over 50 years later I wanted to stay close to my old neighborhood so I gave The Gregory a chance and I’m so glad I had. What a wonderful experience, great staff friendly and helpful. Amazing clean room at a great price. Full great variety breakfast that lasts for even more hours than others. I’ll be back.

Great location and very confortable. The staff is incredibly kind. This is our second time and it keeps on looking better and better with the remodeling. We complaied about someone smoking weed on our floor and they immediately took care of it.

The Best Wetern Gregory Hotel is the only lodging option in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and it serves well for those who need to be in the area. It is safe, clean and comfortable, at reasonable prices, and the included breakfast includes many choices. If one needs to get to downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan, the R subway line is just two blocks away. On the downside, the place is somewhat spartan and they are in the midst of renovation.

Older hotel needs some updating. We had an issue with the AC unit not working well the first night. I went downstairs in the middle of the night to try to get a different room and they were sold out. first thing in the morning we had to pack everything up and leave it with the front desk until they cleaned a room later in the day. When we got back around 5 pm they gave us our stuff and keys to our new room. When we got up there they were still housekeeping the room so we had to wait. While waiting we could see they pulled the AC unit from our first room. I know things happen but no apologies or attempts to make things right. Just felt like they didn't care.

When we arrived at 6:30 PM we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned and told to wait for a while. We told the front desk staff we would go eat and come back. When we returned at 8:30 PM we were told again that our room was not ready. There were at least 6 others waiting for their rooms. We left and found another hotel.
