This was by far one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we've had—and we've visited Miami multiple times. From the moment we arrived, there was zero hospitality: not a single smile or welcoming gesture from the staff. We were asked for a security deposit that had not been mentioned beforehand, which felt misleading.
There was no breakfast included, which is unusual for most U.S. hotels at this price point. To make things worse, there was no coffee available in the lobby. When my husband attempted to pour himself a cup from what appeared to be a public coffee station, the cafeteria worker rudely informed him that it was “exclusive to the guests she was serving.” We were directed to buy our coffee from here under the name of “Starbucks” which clearly had no real affiliation with the brand.
The entire facility felt outdated, with worn-out furniture and poorly maintained restrooms. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we would not return or recommend it to anyone.
