Expected more for the price

At first glance this is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is very spacious and nice. Once we took the elevator up to our floor though, you could see where it needed some updates. The carpeting in both the hallway and in the room needs updated. Walls could use fresh paint. The room had a very musty smell to it. The shower was very odd. Only hot water was available, no matter how you tried to adjust the handle. Which I guess was better than freezing cold? But it was so hot you had to jump in and out to keep from scalding yourself. The one nice thing I will say is that the bed was very comfortable at least. All in all though, it was a disappointing stay for the price.

Graduation Trip

The staff was very friendly!! Best part of the stay actually! Craft 309 had great service and awesome staff!!! Corporate office needs to approve getting the air conditioning fixed in the restaurant!!! And perhaps replacing the room carpets. But other than that, the entire family really enjoyed our stay! Nice & close to Bradley too! Very convenient location for graduation festivities!!

Disaster stay

Goodness to start we showed up to the hotel to check in around 10pm fully expecting our room to be ready and it wasn’t at all. So I was told by the check-in person that I would receive a call after the cleaning people cleaned it and it shouldn’t take too long. After over an hour I still haven’t received a call so I called the hotel myself after waiting for someone to answer for over 10 minutes. Someone came on the phone first telling me they didn’t have a room ready still and then coming back on to tell me, they did have a room ready, but we would have to be there as soon as possible or they would give it away. So I hurried and got there immediately and checked in we got our key cards and went up to our room only to find out we were not given the room we booked. We were given a completely different room that was cheaper than the room we booked. The price was not adjusted, and I was given a two bed room instead of the suite that included a queen bed, a partition and a living room area. I would’ve called down to the front desk, but we had already waited so long for the first room and after being told they would give it away if we didn’t get there soon enough in it being almost midnight we gave up and went to bed. When we woke up in the morning, we first noticed these stains all over the bottom of the bed skirts. One of them looked like somebody had actually urinated and it had dried the other one had blood on it. It was very disgusting.

i wouldn’t recommend

Our hotel room was so filthy and dirty. Carpet was stained with unknown pink stuff. Walls was covered with dried food. Green film on the tub, orange film in toilet. Hair all over the floor. AC looked like it was going to fall apart. The room was really cold and couldn’t turn the temperature up just a little. The pool was a sauna, no air circulation, blowing hot heat, I had to leave within 15 mins because it was unbearable, I felt light headed, and dizzy in there. As soon as I got out of the pool area I felt better. It’s a confusing hotel to get around, people were joking that it’s like a squid game setting with random stairs and halls. This is place is way over priced for a horrible hotel.

Hotel needs updated. Some things are not as clean as they should be. However, the Pool area is fantastic with a splash pad for littles, big pool for a hotel and a hot tub. Our room had no cold running water which made bathing little ones hard as the water came out so hot. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. We used the on site laundry room and it was very clean. Carpet in our room was stained and furniture looked very old and used. Desk was bowed in the middle and looked like it would collapse. Towels and linens were old and the set left for the pull out couch was soiled when we arrived. The one thing I think this hotel needs is security elevators where you need a key to go to the floor you are staying on. There was so much activity around the hotel and people wandering the halls this would have made me feel safer.

Place was extremely outdated and dirty. Staff was friendly, but overall just a bad experience. I can’t recommend anybody stay here. Room had stains on the carpet, bed, and the wallpaper was peeling. It smelled like an ashtray.
