The hotel check-in was a breeze, the staff were attentive in my opinion, any questions I had they were able to answer or provide a solution. The rooms are fairly small, but still cozy for 1-2 people. The lighting in the bathroom is not make up friendly(low, dim warm yellow lighting), so keep that in mind.
There were a few things I wasn't fond of.
There wasn't a mini fridge or microwave. Online it mentions it in the reservation, but there wasn't one of either when I got to my room. The windows are not noise canceling so you will hear everything on the street even at a high floor level.(I stayed on the 11th floor and it sounded as if i was on the second floor by street level) The ear plugs provided were a nice touch but not enough.
There is a bar/cafe with plenty of seating on the Check-in level so that is convenient if you feel like staying in.
The location of the hotel was great your walking distance from multiple restaurants, cafés and a convenience store.
Overall it was a good stay, the building is quite secure. I would stay here again, just requesting a room in the other side of the building because of the noise.
