Terrible experience. While some was not attributed to the hotel - such as no phone service and NO wifi, perhaps offering a free breakfast the next morning may have helped. As an international traveler, I had to go over to the JW Marriott for wifi. Had I stayed there, it would probably have been cheaper than what I paid in international roaming fees for voice and data. Seriously, we live in modern times, and this is the best you could do? I gave hotels.com your phone number and email and they said they could not contact you for resolution. This was a very disappointing experience. I use hotels.com for cost-effective options, but this just cost me more than the $300 hotel a block away.
