Amazing… if you don’t mind a Little Natural Musk

Stay would have been AMAZING- great location of Rome, tasteful, modern, and very spacious room- however we had one MASSIVE issue. Our shower was somewhat clogged from day 1 and would not drain properly throughout the trip. This limited us to taking 2 min maximum or so minimal showers so the shower didn’t overflow onto the ground. We notified the desk twice and they said they would have a handyman come the next day- but nothing was done about it- it never improved. Other than that, the location of the hotel is great, room was beautiful and clean and staff were friendly. This one issue we had was a major one and caused me to leave a 3 vs 5 star review. I do think there is a good chance we just got “unlucky”- but we can’t really say for sure. It’s probably worth it if you get a good deal- but we are proof that you may have a “classic” trip to Roman Holiday in the worst case.

The hotel is very cute! It’s located on a busy little street, surrounded by stores and places to eat. The staff was very friendly/helpful! You are given codes to get into the building which allows you to come and go as you please. There is an elevator inside also, which is very helpful if you have luggage! They do serve breakfast which looked delicious but we did not take advantage of that. The beds were slightly uncomfortable which would be our only tiff with the stay. The hotel is located close to a taxi pickup/drop off also! The shower was confusing to turn on at first also, but we got that figured out and really enjoyed our stay!

Much more basic than the photos suggest. Was overall fine, though the shower in our room leaked and also didn’t drain properly. The most uncomfortable thing about this hotel was the lack of soundproofing. No street noise, which was a pleasant surprise given the very busy area. But you could hear people move in the next room. Didn’t sleep well any of the nights we were there.

Bead like concrete and noisy

The trip started well, the messaging and information provided beforehand was very good. The welcome at reception was also good. But, we booked a superior double and were given a standard double. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor - if you slept too long on one side you’d be paralysed in the morning! The air conditioning stopped working after the first night of a three night stay and was no longer available. The TV didn’t work and the noise from the street outside was at times deafening from early in the morning until late then sporadically through the night.

Very bad experience in Rome

The water pressure was so low that we could not get wet even we went into the shower We complained about it the first day and they had someone to look at it but it not improve at all We could count the drops from the shower and is was a disaster 5 days without a shower - and no support to improve it Finally the pictures at the page did not fit to reality. If we look at the homepage we see pictures with a coat and good space but in reality we had a room of 3 x 5 meteres with a bed and 1 meter free for luggage Very bad experience- sorry but it does not fit to the pricing they want… We could get luxury for a few euro more other places - so can NOT recommend this to anyone at sll
