extended after first night stay, we were asked to change room and for the next booking no rooms we had to move out. We were asked a late check out not responded. Nice place the person who manage no customer service skill and the person is not around manage everything offline.We were told they are new to Expedia and made the mistake by overbooking. They should not listed the property if they do not how to close the rooms.

When checked in we were given a rules and regulations with harsh language and you have surrender your passport. They will return the passport if no damage in the room or after you pay the penalty.It was very bad impressions and they should review their rules and regulation before they present to guests. It shows, the guest are paid prisoners. I am not impressed at on this
