When we arrived it was dark and I was scared to stay the night. I was looking for other options. Then the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, fan was moments away from falling out the ceiling. All communication said they would send gate and room code the day before, I needed to hunt it down, never sent until I called their emergency line and someone told me how to get in touch with the hotel. I got it and no additional locks on the door so I just hoped all night no one else walked into our room. This meant we also never saw an employee- we may have in the morning there was a friendly man asking about our uber- maybe he was staff, no way to know. He was friendly whoever he was. They say they give breakfast, where?! We couldn’t even find a place to buy water. My issue was how dishonest and no one to help.
