The hotel is located near the subway station, 7-11 convenience store, and a very delicious ramen shop. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the price is very favorable. It is fully booked by the tour group, and I want to extend but there is no room.

As expected

Good five nights stay at Welina East. The hotel was more or less as expected, the only thing I missed and couldn't find was a microwave somewhere. There's no cleaning of your room while you stay there, but that's not a problem. Most other hotels would do it on the third or fourth day. The breakfast is fine. It's at the Cafe attached to the hotel. Breakfast is western and Japanese. I had some issues with the heating but I didn't ask about it. The location isn't very interesting, but it's just one block from the Y line and two from the M line, so it's easy to get around in Osaka.

Room and hotel as a whole was good. The only issue was that staff didn't have the greatest grasp of english. It would take too long to deal with requests i made. But hotel is a 5 min walk to subway stn. Room was big and clean. Hotel was very modern and stylish.

In the first few days, it ia great, the room is clean since It ia build few years ago, the staff that I met us good, breakfast is wonderful. But I discover a bug in the laundry room, and I report it to the front, the staff there just keep saying 'sorry for your inconvenice', and no follow up action is taken, consider there are bed bug found in Hotel at Tokyo and osaka in the past few weeks, should not they much attantion on this matter?

As a vegetarian from Scandinavia there wasn't much to choose from at breakfast. I guess they are not used to Nordic travellers, because normally I'd expect there to be fruit, waffles, granola and freshly baked bread at a hotel breakfast buffe, but I pretty much had toast woth butter eaxh day. The staff doesn't speak english, but they are friendly and help if you use google translate on your mobile phone. The rooms were fine. A little mold on the shower curtain, but good standard other from that. It had an AC, modern bath room and the amenities I needed. It is located near the metro station but I would probably go for a different area next time. Nothing scetchy about it, just more fun in americamura or similar.
