Rooms don't exist.

So after paying for 8 rooms and arriving I called the number for the apartments and hotels.com do not have a contract for those rooms anymore so we were left with 15 people without accomodation. If you have booked cancel it. We are all massively out of pocket for having to pay last minute prices to stay elsewhere. Terrible from hotels.com

Scammed. Please avoid

Scammed by the owner. Avoid at all costs The circumstances around this booking, is that upon arrival at the property I was not able to gain access to the property that I had booked. Upon contacting the host from the number provided, I was informed that they were not in fact the the host of the property. There was no other means of contacting the host. Furthermore, there were three separate persons who had also arrived for a similar booking. It appears that we have all been a victim of a scam.

We arrived at the apartment and was unable to gain access m. We didn’t receive a code to gain entry & no body was there to discuss this with & when we tried calling the phone number we were given when booking the room the number was not available! Very disappointed to say the least, we traveled by train from Lincoln & had to return home! Totally ruined our evening & our plans for the weekend! We are trying to get a refund! I would definitely not recommend this place at all

Utter Disaster.

Called to confirm booking at 12 as instructed only to be told they had been closed since March. We were stranded in Sheffield 200 miles from home with no where to stay! NOT HAPPY.

Not a professional/short stay friendly studio

Nice and clean, looks cool. But lacking basic luxuries like kitchen knives, towel rails, toilet roll holders. Bed has one of those waterproof mattresses incase you get too drunk and wet yourself. Can't relax on the sofa because its too hard. Add one radiator for the whole flat makes it pretty cold. These studios are for students, its a shame that's not expressed in the description, ideal for long stays if you were to bring you own luxuries. Also, walls a definitely not sound proof as advertised!

The actual apartment itself was lovely inside but trying to get in was shocking. We walked into one entrance that was propped open with a bucket, there was ‘no reception at weekends’ so we were having to phone a random number who eventually told us how to get into the building and the passcode to unlock the padlock on the front of the door!! Once finally in the room was lovely, newly designed and furnished. At night though the room was extremely hot, we assumed what looked like a radiator was the electronic air conditioning but it was impossible to use, no instructions and inevitably made the room hotter so we hardly slept all night
