The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The freshly cooked to order breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. I had one noisy room, but it’s downtown Iquitos and earplugs allowed me to sleep well. Affordable. I would stay here again if I come back.

The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful, a really lovely group of people. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast included fresh pineapple juice and a delicious omelette. My only complaint is it’s very noisy both in the hallway and outside from the traffic.

The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working. Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport.

The beds were too hard, there was no hot water and there was loud live music playing until 5am almost every night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. El dorado classic is a much better location and the same price. Also it's closer to the city center.

Location within walking distance of everything and the staff was very helpful to organize anything needed. This little gem in the middle of Iquitos, Peru's biggest city in the rainforest, is amazing. From the friendly staff to the personable owners, everyone is focused on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as a luxury hotel. Their included breakfast was delicious and the rooms were super clean and spacious. We will return on our next visit to Iquitos

Claudia, Jennifer, Jesus, and some of the other staff were so kind and helpful… Claudia and Jennifer were specifically just so amazing, made lifelong friends for sure! The private room we stayed in was really nice, even had AC and private bathroom. Overall, just a really great experience.

The property was excellent. Although we had a mix up with our reservation we were moved to their sister hotel which was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. He scheduled a 5:00 am pick up for us to the airport and was waiting for us with the taxi. They went out of their way for us and we would definitely recommend their hotels. Cleanest place in Iquitos and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel for a family trip.

The check-in had a few hiccups but everything was corrected. The staff was friendly and helpful. The showers are hot but not the easiest to use. The breakfasts were good. They don't like you using the AC when you aren't in the room. Overall a good trip.

Clean but unethical

Unfortunate that we had a great stay but then came home to find we were charged way more than our quote on hotels.com. after an hour of texting with a rep we were told that the hotel wouldn't refund the "taxes and fees" that were not part of the quote or potential added fees. Thankfully hotels.con gave us the credit, but I would t trust this establishment.

They had a problem with the plumbing and they put us in a another place which was a decent place but had no windows. We had to walk 3 blocks in the morning to the hotel for breakfast and they didn't have menus.
