Even though I booked a standard King room with decent notice, I was put in an accessible room with 2 Queens. Was told that if they get full then they move 3rd party reservations to whatever is available. I do understand to an extent, but the attitude from the staff was dismissive and rude. Just be aware that your reservation isn't actually a guarantee.
What made it worse was that the beds were horrible. There was no support. I kept sliding to the edge. One of the worst beds I've ever experienced.
If that wasn't enough, the shower had unbelievably low pressure, and poor temperature control. Not good at all.
Hampton Inn is usually my first choice, and I've had many good experiences with them, but this location is a huge disappointment, and one I will never stay at again.
