Even though I booked a standard King room with decent notice, I was put in an accessible room with 2 Queens. Was told that if they get full then they move 3rd party reservations to whatever is available. I do understand to an extent, but the attitude from the staff was dismissive and rude. Just be aware that your reservation isn't actually a guarantee. What made it worse was that the beds were horrible. There was no support. I kept sliding to the edge. One of the worst beds I've ever experienced. If that wasn't enough, the shower had unbelievably low pressure, and poor temperature control. Not good at all. Hampton Inn is usually my first choice, and I've had many good experiences with them, but this location is a huge disappointment, and one I will never stay at again.

Check in was amazing, the clerk was so kind and friendly, the hotel was very clean and the room comfortable. My only complaint was that very early on the Sunday morning we were trying to sleep and the cleaners were being VERY loud and laughing and banging around/doors slamming, starting at about 7am. I looked out the peephole because I thought it must be a loud family walking by- but it lasted for an hour. I finally opened our door and spoke to the 2 cleaners that were across the hall- I mentioned there had been a lot of noise and that we were trying to sleep, and asked if they could please remind whoever is being loud to please be quiet. I didn’t want to accuse them, however they were the only ones in the hallway that I could see, and the noise had followed them from down to our right to across from our room. One cleaner acknowledged me and look surprised- and answered yes. After that there was no more noise at all so I assume that it had been them for sure. Again- pleasant stay but we didn’t like being woken up earlier than anticipated.

Hotel was quite new, clean, and wonderful appearance. Breakfast was sub par- juices were watered down and selections were few despite the hotel seeming quite full. Shower head was one step above a spray bottle. Towels were thin and rough. I was not expecting the Ritz but this was disappointing.

By accident, I booked a n“accessible“ room. It was directly next to the 24 hour fitness room. Too much noise on the first night. Won’t make that mistake again. Avoid room 124. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s a very nice place. Just book a room on the upper floors away from the elevator.

When I booked I was specifically looking for somewhere with adjoining rooms and a crib. Those features were listed and I noted it in my booking request. I booked both rooms at the same time. When I got there the front desk seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I was told they couldn't do adjoining room. Positive: The place was very clean, had a good breakfast, and was in a convenient location. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.

Make sure to mention you have Hilton Honors mine wasn’t really acknowledged properly. Usually get a nicer room and better service. Kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast is excellent. The location is great for some local attractions.

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the built in shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel containers. Also, they had built in body lotion container. Much nicer than little bottles. Walls a little thin for noise.
