The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend getting a golf cart to explore. The food and drinks were good. There were a few of things that could have been better. - the elevators didn't work - there was no A/C in the restaurant - there was no water in their slot of the beach

It is a very good property in the area. We got the all inclusive package but we only used it for breakfast and dinner. We tried to order beers to the room and we were told we needed to go down to get them… in an all inclusive. The property does not really have a beach. It is beachfront but not really worth it. I would say, all inclusive package isn’t what you should go in this property because if you are in Isla Mujeres, you are probably looking for the nice beach and blue waters, which this hotel doesn’t have, and you will need to end up looking for a beach club. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are nice and very comfortable.

This hotel is VERY outdated and poorly maintained. There is one restaurant onsite with a very limited menu and poorly cooked food. Room service menu is even more limited with no alcohol delivery. "To go" wine from the bar is served in red solo cups. This truly was a "you get what you pay for" experience. Photo - and the fact they couldn't bother to nail the letters in place speaks volumes. Beach water is BROWN. Berms are placed at the beach and nearly impossible to walk into the water. No drink service at the beach. The pool is very small. The staff was friendly but that is the only positive thing I can say. We've stayed all along the Cancun area for years and this was the worst hotel experience. We actually paid for a day pass at another resort on the island for 2 of our 3 full days onsite so we could actually enjoy the water, the beach and have edible food and drinks.

Excelente el servicio, el trato. Las fotos no le hacen mucha justicia al hotel ya que se ve mejor que en ellas, el servicio muy bueno en general, cuartos limpios y la limpieza diaria de 10. La atencion en el chek inn perfecta gracias a Cassandra y sus compañeros. En cuestion de alimentos excelente el sazon de la cheff Heyla y como decia mi suegra hasta para unos huevos o frijoles hay que ponerle corazon. La atencion en restaurantes del staff de meseros y bar muy buena de Luis Alberto, Alberto en snacks y de destacar el excelente trato de Arnulfo. He venido varias veces a Isla Mujeres pero me sorprendio el hotel y sin duda regresare. El unico pero que pongo es la playa, que esta en remodelacion y no se pudo disfrutar asi que nos sacrificamos a ir a una de las mejores playas de todo Mexico: Playa norte (me comentan que en unos 2 meses estara su playa al 100%).

Property not as nice as I hoped. Boasts 3 restaurants but hours of service were short. Of the 1 restaurant that was open early and late, service was lacking. Hot tubs were either not working or closed. Staff was nice and helpful so not their fault.

The staff worked so hard to ensure our family had everything we'd like during our vacation. The restaurant offered excellent food and service (shout out to Arnulfo and Hugo.) The snack bar also had delicious options. The beach was clean, however the ocean was difficult to walk in, due to the wave breaks placed in the water. The shape of the ground level pool doesn't make you feel like you're sharing a pool with a bunch of other people. The roof top pool offers a beautiful view of the ocean. We splurged and got 2 massages during our stay. The massages are given on a hut on the beach. The therapists were friendly and gave stellar service. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel has too much preference for the American tourist and pay little attention to its natives. At times it makes you extremely uncomfortable and the food service is a true disappointment. The WiFi is nonexistent in the room or area. There is no beach to enjoy

This resort is prefect. It’s in a great location that’s not over crowded but close. We reneged a golf cart and was able to get up and go each morning with no issues of traffic or anything. Highly recommend. The staff was amazing and friendly.

Francamente decepcionado. Nos fuimos de escapada de fin de semana y por ser vip access pero cuando llegamos nadie sabía lo que eso significaba, para cualquier cosa debían "confirmar", de último momento el recepcionista Javier cambió la habitación a una con PEOR vista y ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de llevar la botella a la habitación sino hasta q pregunté. Tampoco había agua caliente y tuvimos que llamar para q lo solucionaran, en las albercas y skybar el mesero simplemente te ignoraba, pasaba junto a tí y no te preguntaba si deseabas algo y tenías que hablarle y aún así nunca llevó la bebida. Se dice mucho del servicio de este hotel y la verdad NO es bueno, solamente el bellboy hace su labor para amenizar la estancia. La comida fue buena pero el hotel falla en muchos detalles, no volvería.
