The property itself is in dire need of renovations. The staff does their absolute best with the resources available. The gentleman working the breakfast was so nice and kind, so were the front desk girls. Towels are limited on property, you must also request maid service. Our phone in our room didn’t work, and the shower leaked. The TV remote wasn’t programmed to the TV so we thought it was broken. The main tench worker on site came up to our room and programmed it for us. Caution, area not as safe. Druggies flooded the parking the first day. There was a hooker in the lobby on the second night. Not kid friendly.

This was a very disappointing stay. The photos online do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. We specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of both cigarette and marijuana smoke. The room was also missing a shower curtain, the refrigerator did not work, and there was peeling paint on the walls. When we returned to our car shortly after checking in, there were people right next to it drinking and openly using drugs, which made us feel very unsafe — especially traveling with children. Because of the conditions and environment, we decided not to stay and checked out less than two hours after arrival. When I explained our concerns, the front desk clerk even told me she had considered warning us that it wasn’t a good place to stay with kids. That alone says a lot. I would not recommend this property.

Booked king room. Was given two queen. Checked in online. Arrival was smooth and quick. When I got to the room, there was blood on the sheets and comforter; dirty towels in the restroom; the tv stand and nightstand were covered in sticky goo; and, garbage on the shelves. I brought this up to the front desk and asked if there had been a hold placed on the corporate card (I got a fraud alert as I was at the front desk). The lady proceeded to lecture about the importance of the hold on the card for 5 minutes while completely ignoring the concerns about the poor housekeeping. I worked the following morning and it took tracking down the lead housekeeper at 4pm the following day to get clean bedding and towels. I used to be a long haul semi truck driver. I have fairly basic expectations for hotel rooms. First, decent bed with clean linen. Second, a clean shower and towels. Third, garbage from the prior occupants removed. I will say that the reason it is a two star instead of a one star review is because while the front desk person ignored my concerns, she was friendly and personable. The lead housekeeper was very helpful as was the housekeeper on day two of my stay.

I was a little worried as the price was pretty cheap but the room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. They had actual blankets I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and not many have good blankets lol. The breakfast was stocked and good and staff was pretty great. Also check in was SUPER easy! I willl be staying again!

The place was super ran down not what it looked liked in pictures. The hot tub was broke and it was comming in the roof on lot of places. Our room smelled of chlorine bad too which was werid and it just had werid smells over all.
