So Gross

I accidentally booked a smoking room, it smelled bad and was dirty, and when I went in on the wall was a cockroach! I went back to the main desk and turned in my key, I wasn’t able to get my money back either!

The worst hotel

The rooms look nothing like the pictures on line. When we got to our room the air conditioner was not cooling well. So we left for a little while came back water from the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I went to the office and they changed our room. The next morning got up to take a shower the shower head leaked so bad that it soaked the whole bathroom. I went back to the office and they gave me a key to the room where I was at first and said shower there and they would get someone to look at it later. If I was the president of hotels. Com this hotel would not be on my site.

The person at the front desk did not greet me as I walked in the door. I then let him know I had a reservation and he was on his phone the entire time. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Apparently his job was too Difficult because be couldnt even give me any acknowledgement not Even when we were handed the keys for the roo No thank you nothing. I may never stay at this Super 8 again also the dresser drawers were broken and the main door Going into the room caught on the floor. Some serious upgrades need to be done to this hotel not to Mention the pool wasnt even open like the wi ter cover was still on.

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.

We were originally put in a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was loud with bright lights throughout the night. The next morning we requested a room change which we were given. We moved to a second floor room on the other side of the building. We appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate our request. The room was not very clean and all amenities were old and outdated.

The door looked as if it had recently been broken into and had not been repaired. The TV was not programmed to work, and I was given inaccurate directions on how to start it from the clerk. The beds were fantastic. So comfy. It was fairly quiet in our room on the top floor. Bathroom was tiny but the sink vanity was large so that was nice. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, yogurt and little sausage sandwiches tbat were very good.
