Property is in a convenient area, easily accessible. The condition of the rooms is very poor. The furniture, sheets and towels were all stained. The toilet seat was damaged and the shower handle was very loose, so it took a lot of time to calibrate the temperature of the shower. The room was over all depressing to be in.

We had trouble with the check in. We got the wrong key and opened the door of a room with people in it. Next room we got, the bath light above the sink was out and the remote was gone. we finally got a room. The floor had sticky spots. We think someone spilled pop. So the floor was dirty! We stayed in this room because we had to be somewhere in 15 min.

Staff were nice but the room was filthy. Stains and scum all over the grimy tub, old towels from previous guest hanging on the bar, dust all over the tv stand. Not only is the property in need of major renovations, the staff and or owners certainly don’t care about cleanliness. Tv also didn’t work

The refrigerator did not function and had food in it from the last person. One of the drawer fronts on the cabinent was broken and there was a rip in the side of the chair. There was no hot water. There was a large air gap under the door that let in cold air and noise. Bed was fine.

Shady

The beds are stiff. The box springs have animal hair all over them. The shower does push out hot water it’s like warm. The housekeeping and front desk don’t communicate because if they did they wouldn’t have banged on our door three times to clean our room after telling them no thank you. Seemed like they really wanted to get us out of our room so they could come in and snoop. This place is shady and there’s always sirens and cops out. Never again.

Needed updated. Lobby was rough and seemed dirty. Old property. Big gap in door and old bathroom. Only 1 ice machine in 2nd building. Advertise a hot tub and NO HOT TUB. Only reason we picked this hotel. Wouldn't stay again

This was the filthiest most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m deathly allergic to animals and they said this room had no pets. It stunk It was 1 am and couldn’t get another Uber or find another room that late. Took 4 asthma treatments for the next 5 hours. It needs bulldozing

Next room was up till 5:40 am partying the first night of our stay. The bed was wore out rounded on the edge so you had to sleep towards the middle. Toilet quept running had to lift lid and pull chain out of flapper
