We completely enjoyed our stay, best thing was absolutely the breakfast each morning! And both days we enjoyed relaxing in the pools, and getting a cup of cappuccino to sit out on the beautiful patio/ by the fire pit.

Our stay, once again, was excellent at the Inn on the River. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the location is in the middle of Pigeon Forge. It’s very peaceful there with the music and the beautiful setting right next to the river. We needed to wash our laundry during this stay and were very grateful that this hotel has washers and dryers for guests to use at a very reasonable price.

This was our first family trip to The Inn on the River. What a beautiful hotel that's well maintained, clean, indoor and out door pools with kids toys and life jackets, a kids corner with board games and activities in a safe environment. I love the fact that our room was clean, cozy and quiet. We never heard our neighbors at all. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back again. I see why they were voted best breakfast in the Smokey Mountains for 2026.The breakfast crew, housekeeping and the front desk crew are amazing. Thanks for all you do.

An amazing stay! We’ve never stayed in a hotel when coming to Pigeon Forge so I did a lot of research before booking a place. The Inn on the River exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great, breakfast was good, and they do cookies and popcorn in the evenings. The outdoor seating area was serene. We enjoyed every second and we will definitely be back!
