Undergoing renovations and improvements. What is complete is fantastic! Likely due to what appears to me, a new acquisition, not all amenities are in place at a high level. Location is great, lobby is very conservative contemporary, I am looking forward to using this location again when renovations/updates are complete. Sketchy people outside, rolls of carpet, and (I think) staff smoking. Inside was so rundown, including my room. Stuff on walls, broken lamp, just overall bad. The hotel directly across the street is so much better!!

Wont stay again

Lobby was 100° all the time, bed in our room was hard & uncomfortable, smoke alarms chirped in the hallways making me feel unsafe, breakfast eggs & sausage was cold less than an hour after breakfast starting & they were in a supposed warmer, the entire juice machine which had several different juices for breakfast was completely empty during the whole breakfast time.

Needs some work

Stayed in 213. Shower drain was plugged good so had to stop the water every minute or so to let it catch up. Guests here are slobs it seems from the random garbage in the hallways. Housekeeping needs some more hands on deck but they do what they can and are very polite. Overall, good people work here and do a great job with what they have. It's just needs some work and some more help.

This was labeled country inn and suites outside. I think they abandon it and the Wingate started using it. The outside looked like a war zone. The insides looked worse. Tub had missing enamel. Soap dish had mold. Carpets were dirty and strung together. No coffee at breakfast. Towels were thread bare. Dont stay here.

Filthy, poorly managed

The first room they put us in had water dripping from the ceiling from the air conditioner ducts that caused mold to run all down the wall. They tried to put us into a comparable room, but the door lock wouldn't read key cards, so they put us up in a random room across the hall which was a downgrade from what we booked with no adjustment in the price. Turns out the air conditioner in that room just didn't work at all. When we came up the next day, our keys were deactivated because the person working the night shift didn't actually document all these room shifts, so we had to go back to the front desk. We were finally moved into a room with a working air conditioner, but the tub wouldn't drain and the sheets were dirty. Not one to complain usually but this was the worst experience I've had by far. To make it worse, the included breakfast was just rancid waffle batter and cereal from a dispenser that's never been cleaned.
