The space was drab. Windows in the room were so thin you can hear the cars outside and on the road. Smelled in the room as though it had been smoked in for decades.

Very "shady" area. Very unkempt. Clearly its an old building, and with old comes its flaws. But, if youre looking for just an overnight stay without having to cough up $200-500 for the night and don't mind its appearance, then this is your spot.

Easy to catch Gainesville RTS route 13 bus from the Regency. Can walk north to La Tienda Mexican food restaurant frim here Chopstix Asian fusion to the south if you have the stamina. $100 security deposit for incidentals is dumb as there are no incidentals

Ok for the game

It’s was ok one mattress had springs popping and coming out when you rolled over. A blow dryer would have been a nice add on and only 2 pillows per bed no where to hang any clothes

This property was not clean and the room was not clean. The fridge was not cleaned out and the sheets at plenty of stains of god knows what. I would really like a refund for this property has I then had to stay at my friends house and did not stay at the property for one night

Very old and out dated. The bathtub wouldnt work for me to wash my kids. The drain would no keep the water in. We found trash in places in our room so it wasnt cleaned well. The bedding was awful. Stains on the sheets.

This was a last resort choice for us as there was truly nothing else available but we would have been better off to just keep driving or rest in our vehicle. It was WAY overpriced. I asked specifically if it was a nonsmoking room and was assured that it was but it reeked of smoke. There was a basic deadbolt but the extra locking mechanism found in every other hotel I've seen was broken off. The floor was also dirty. No elevator so we had to carry sleeping kids up the stairs. No breakfast, people roaming the parking lot in the middle of the night.

Dirty filthy id like my money back. Mold in ceiling black mold and the roaches were very aggresive at night. I went to uae the restroom and stepped on roaches while doing so. Very unclean and the drains were completely clogged up. Very unhappy with stay. Had no choice being very late comming in and didnt know what i was getting into until i walked in batbroom and roaches crawled on me and wofe while sleeping . This place should be shut down .

The location is under construction. Parking lot in back has 40 old mattresses. This place is sketchy. Some rooms are weekly rentals.

The building looks old and a little rundown but the rooms were modern and nice. Location was great. Free parking. Food & shops are within a 10 minute drive. I would stay there again
