Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.

Multiple issues
We like the hotel- the pools, the location . But- Multiple issues with cleaning - missing slippers, pool towels not replaced, coffe cups replaced with dirty (really dirty) cup in room, spoons not replaced, no new water for coffee machine and some other issues such as tv system not working… And the cleaning personell knocked on the door multiple times and woke us up before 9 am (and it was our last day and the room must have been on their list for check out…) Bad breakfast service - they got very edgy when we ordered cappuccino not from the machine… after two of the personnell discussed in Spanish for a long time and then ended up bringing a cappuccino.
Every separate issue was minor, but I had to go to the reception multiple times every day. And it did not get better. And I would have expected management to do something. When we stay in a hotel and pay over 250 euros per night I expect more than management saying at check out «we will talk to the room cleaning team»
