Paid for hotel in advance on hotels.com with virtual version of my cc. Woman at front desk kept saying my card declined and her boss had to come out and tell her again and again the room was prepaid and that she couldn’t use the virtual cc on file with hotels.com for room incidentals and that’s why it said declined. She could not understand and he had to take over. This took awhile so not a good check in.

All the juice was out. When told only oj was stocked. The pastries looked and tasted like they were what stores reduce price on cause of date. The fruit was drying out. Our bedding was dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. We asked to not stay where it was to noisy. And we got put right by a high school wrestling team and a barking dog and a crying baby. The hotel was extremely outdated. I will never return. Or recommend this place.

I've been staying at this location for over a decade and it's typically been a nice clean hotel. Over the last couple years after it was sold it has gone down hill dramatically. They are currently painting some of the rooms and oddly over the stained room doors, but it's obviously not being done by a professional. There are water leak stains in the ceilings, and their painter is just painting over light switches and fixtures. The building is not being kept up and it's getting progressively worse. I currently have no plans to return. On the upside, the staff has always been nice and the breakfast is adequate. It's a shame that this property has become so run down.

room dated and could use fresh paint and new door that isn’t broken on the bottom. The main door lock was hard to keep locked but we got it to work. the hotel had a weird musty smell all around it too. about a year ago we enjoyed our stay a lot but this time it just seemed much different. room overall was clean, bed and pillows not the best but for a quick trip it’s fine
