One night stay was very good. The only negatives were The telephone in my room did not work and connecting to wi-fi was not successful using their instructions. However, the room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely reserve in the future.

The check person was very helpful and polite. The hotel is under a total renovation. Our room was one of the new renovation and it was awesome. We didn't hear any constructions. Everything was new and very clean. It was at a great location to go anywhere. The breakfast was great and the lady was very helpful if you needed anything. My husband and I slept like a baby.

This hotel is going through an upgrade and remodel. Aside from seeing all the furniture and bedding-you would not have known it. The place was spotless and there was someone cleaning all day long. Breakfast was spot on and the parking lot was bright and felt safe.

This is an amazing older, very well maintain modern hotel right in downtown Charlotte very comfortable beds. Very hot order for your shower. Wonderful breakfast is available in their restaurant.

We were in Lancaster for one night after visiting Niagara Falls and were very pleasantly surprised by these accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Getting in and out was a bit stressful due to the layout of the roads, but everything else about our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Really impressed with the suites here! The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. It's in a great location, very close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were great. Rooms were super comfortable. We were slightly disappointed that there were no warm egg options for breakfast but otherwise it was an amazing stay.
