Plus : affordable, next to tim horton and gaz station confortable bed
Neg: sticky floor, water from the shower has a weird egg smell, i couldnt get the tv on

This is a basic motel that is clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to food and shopping in town. Staff are very nice. Price is right. Worth a stay.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. We were very impressed. It was a short drive in to Espanola for eateries if the wendys and Tim Hortons across the street was not to your liking or desire.
Downside, we were disappointed that our towels werent replaced after our first night, beds were not made, nor were the garbages emptied.
Even so we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
