Clean but old fabrics

Tub needed to be deglazed due to peeling of a poor glazing job. Shower curtain old yellowing at bottom. Duvet covers dingy can’t come clean too many washes need to be replaced.

Sleaziest Hotel Stay Ever

The absolute sleaziest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place was dirty, run down and the room not fit for anyone much less paying guests. The bathroom was dirty, toilet not clean and walls crumbling throughout the room. The headboard had handprints (!) all over it. Totally disgusting. The outside area of the hotel was full of litter, patrons outside their rooms smoking illegal marijuana and garbage left on the sidewalks. And we paid $122 + tax ($148) for this privilege. Hotels.com should be ashamed.

Always call motel before booking

We picked this motel.because website showed hot tub and pool. BOTH we closed. Nothing on website showed that. Front desk worker was short and rude did not offer any information besides we could speak to manager and ask for refund. Tub was peeling paint. Rokm was clean. Other rokms tvs so loud couldn't hear ours. No clean towels was placed in room on 2 day stay.

We checked in late at night. The room smelled like someone peed all over the place. I am talking the BED. It was the grossest room I have ever stayed at. I do have to say, the bathroom smelled fine. Also, the blanket that was sandwiched in-between the sheets was frayed and had gaping holes. Breakfast was substandard and didn't even have tea. Not only will I never stay there again, I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. They give hospitality a terrible name. Obviously there is no quality control.

Funky smell when you firsr walk in, tub coating was peeling off and black mould, crack in sink, blowdryer broken. Breakfast was a disappointment no place to sit only 2 tables. Tv was not working right. Black hairs in bed Would not recommend

Beware

The place had roachs and the paint in the tub was peeling and cut my foot. The door lock was not secure and ai wedged the chair to make sure it was secure. The refrigerator was not there and no light on the desk. The ad said the place had been renovated, but that room should never have been given to me. It is far from being complete... beware!!!

Refund and close until renovations are complete

Reserved 2 suites for 2 days family trip (2/14-16/25@10pm 2/13/25) and attempted to cancel through virtual agent (@12am 2/14/25) after viewing choice website showing only 1 suite for this location. Quality inn was contacted to confirm cancellation and questioned pictures on website match current condition, but still reserved on their end, so it was kept. Received a call from quality inn 30 mins before check in advising all suites are under maintenance and suggested to cancel or choose different rooms. Informed previous cancellation request failed and spoke with someone there @ early morning before choosing 2 doubles. Front desk clerk advised would still be charged suite rate (not right- requested refund of difference). Upon arrival was given key cards to 1 incomplete suite and 1 double plus pool was closed (mainly booked for indoor pool and hot tub-too pissed to take pictures but should have),my family was so disappointed they left Saturday afternoon. The suite only had 1 bed with dirty tub (no sofa table & chairs), the double curtain look like caught fire with central air unit not working. Requested rooms change, when denied requested both rooms be cleaned with fresh linen and cloths (didn’t happen until I talked to housekeeping-which stated they wasn’t aware of request). This quality inn is managed by an immigrant family that obviously have different views of cleanliness, breakfast menu, and functionality. PSA: If under maintenance/renovating do not list rooms online.

The pool was closed but they did not bother to tell you this at check in. We probably would have changed our mind. The breakfast went from a 9 to a 4. remodeling half the hotel.

check in was confusing, and lengthy. not by me, person at desk seemed confused at process. nice but confused. 1 room had a broken towel bar,1 had a messed up ironing board that wouldn't close, a loose sink fixture, and a used bath towel hanging on door hook.

No toilet paper, missing toilet paper holder. No facial tissue. No decaf coffee. Coffee pot didn’t work. Pool was clean but cold. Breakfast was very limited.
