Best hotel!

This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.

I liked that they were quick to fix a stopped up shower (that I hadn't even used yet), once they responded to a text I had to send because no one is in the front office. Lied about hot tub working. Also, I liked that it smelled like bleach when we got in the room, it smelled clean and after a while you would think it would dissipate but, it got worse it was like the bleach was poured inside the a/c unit (made it hard to breathe, eyes watered, and made us sick). When I went to check out at 1050am, still no one was in the front office.

First look it looks like a nice place but once we got there and went to check our room that was not the case. First, the door seemed like it was broken. We had issues getting in with the card, and the bottom of the door could be pushed open a few inches when the door was closed so bugs were getting in. The deadbolt on the inside wouldn't lock so there was no way to lock the door from the inside. There's a kitchen in the room that joins to the room next to you but there is no way to lock the door from your side, which didn't make me feel very safe. Needless to say, I did not feel safe or clean there and we left. The front desk wasn't too helpful on cancelling my room and was still billed for the entire stay which we did not even stay longer than 10 minutes.

Do not stay here if you have kids! Most people live there and all you hear is loud music and smell smoke (not cigarettes) also people just live with thier doors wide open and the grounds are filthy

I did not feel safe in this place, had to scramble to find a Hotel to stay over a very busy weekend in Orlando. The place is dirty, there were trash bags on the hallways, people smoking ( not cigarettes), gathered around the room door. The rooms look nice in the pictures but the location is horrible. Lost all my money since to refunds were not issued.

Not good at all! Didn’t feel safe. People smoking everywhere outside,sketchy area, heavy ambient terrible to stay with kids. Rooms are clean and look nice but outside just don’t feel a good place for a vacation stop. They did let us change rooms and floor but if i could I would have stayed in another hotel
